Taking the first step toward healing—whether physical, emotional, or spiritual—can feel overwhelming. That’s why I offer a free 20-minute consultation to help you explore what support might be right for you.
At Dharma Punk, I offer a unique blend of holistic services designed to meet you exactly where you are. These sessions may include:
Yoga to reconnect with your body and breath
Sound healing to soothe the nervous system and shift emotional blockages
Stretch therapy to promote physical release, flexibility, and energetic flow
Deep emotional work and workshops rooted in mindfulness, somatic awareness, and recovery principles
Whether you’re navigating trauma, burnout, recovery, grief, or simply seeking more presence in your life, we’ll work together to co-create a path forward. As a certified alcohol and drug counselor, I understand the complexity of healing from multiple angles—mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual. I also understand what it means to need someone to show up without judgment. I hold space the way I once needed it held for me.
This consultation is not a commitment to book a full session—it’s simply a safe space to ask questions, share your intentions, and see if working together feels right for you.
You don’t have to do this alone.

Yoga is not just movement—it's a return to the self.
At Dharma Punk, I offer yoga practices that go far beyond the physical. Each session is a journey inward, rooted in the wisdom of Patañjali’s Yoga Sūtras, integrated with prāṇāyāma (breathwork), visualization, storytelling, and deep introspection.
These are trauma-informed, accessible classes that honor both ancient tradition and modern struggle. Whether you’re stepping on the mat for the first time or deepening an established practice, you’ll be guided through a flow that meets your body where it’s at—while also gently encouraging growth, challenge, and presence.
I often say that how we show up on the mat mirrors how we show up in life. When we hit resistance—when the breath shortens, when the pose gets hard, when the mind wants to run—I’m there to remind you that this, too, is the practice. We lean into the discomfort not to conquer it, but to build relationship with it.
Throughout each practice, I weave in:
Motivational prompts to encourage resilience and surrender
Stories and metaphors to help connect movement with meaning
Teachings from the Yoga Sūtras, such as ahimsa (non-harming), abhyāsa (dedicated practice), and vairāgya (non-attachment)
Prāṇāyāma techniques to regulate the nervous system and restore inner clarity
This isn’t just yoga for the body—it’s medicine for the mind and heart.
Whether you come seeking strength, stillness, release, or reconnection, this practice is for you. You do not need to be flexible, spiritual, or calm to begin. You only need to be willing to show up—as you are.

Sometimes the most powerful healing doesn’t come from doing more—but from learning how to be.
In our fast-paced world, our nervous systems are constantly in fight-or-flight mode. Sound healing and guided meditation offer a way to gently interrupt that cycle—to shift the body into a state of rest, repair, and inner stillness.
At Dharma Punk, sound healing sessions are crafted using a variety of tools like crystal bowls, chimes, and drums—all chosen for their resonant frequencies that interact with the body on a cellular level. While it may sound mystical, there’s real science behind it.
How It Works?
Everything in your body—including your organs, muscles, and brainwaves—vibrates at certain frequencies. When you're stressed, sick, or emotionally overwhelmed, those vibrations can become disorganized. Sound healing works by introducing stable, calming frequencies, which the body can naturally begin to match—a process called entrainment.
This helps:
Slow down brainwave activity (moving you from busy beta states to calming alpha or meditative theta states)
Soothe the nervous system and reduce cortisol (your stress hormone)
Enhance mood, focus, and emotional regulation
Support deeper sleep and physical recovery
Alongside sound, I offer guided meditations that draw from both ancient traditions and modern mindfulness. These meditations may include:
Breath awareness
Body scans
Inner child or shadow work
Visualizations and storytelling journeys
Mantra or affirmation practice
Rather than forcing the mind to be quiet, we practice observing—with compassion, curiosity, and presence.
Whether you're lying down in stillness or gently moving with breath, each session is a chance to come home to yourself, to befriend the moment, and to explore what healing feels like in real time.
You don’t have to know how to meditate. You don’t have to "clear your mind." You just have to arrive—and I’ll guide you from there.

Your body tells a story—my job is to help you listen.
This work is not just about flexibility, fitness, or fixing pain. It’s about helping you feel safe, empowered, and at home in your body. Whether you're carrying emotional weight, physical tension, or recovering from life’s wear and tear, these sessions are designed to support healing on every level.
Stretch Therapy
Modern life keeps us stuck—at desks, in cars, behind screens. Over time, this leads to tightness, poor posture, limited range of motion, and even emotional stagnation.
Stretch therapy is a gentle, assisted approach to mobility that can:
Improve circulation and flexibility
Reduce chronic tension and pain
Restore posture and joint alignment
Help release stored emotional trauma through the body
These sessions are collaborative. I work with your breath and your boundaries to create a space that’s supportive, not forceful—where your nervous system can begin to soften, not brace.
Thai Bodywork
Often called “lazy man’s yoga,” Thai bodywork is an ancient healing system that combines rhythmic compression, acupressure, stretching, and breath to promote deep relaxation and energy flow.
Unlike a typical massage, you remain fully clothed and relaxed while I move your body through gentle sequences designed to:
Improve energy and circulation
Soothe the nervous system
Reduce pain and stiffness
Support emotional and energetic release
Every session is trauma-informed, intuitive, and tailored to your unique needs. This is touch as medicine—grounded in compassion, presence, and deep listening.
Personal Training (with Soul)
This isn’t a “no pain, no gain” environment. My approach to personal training is about functional strength, nervous system balance, and long-term well-being. You’ll learn how to move in ways that support your lifestyle, your healing, and your goals.
Whether you’re looking to build strength, improve mobility, support your recovery journey, or reconnect with your physical body after trauma, I offer plans that are:
Accessible and non-intimidating
Rooted in science and somatics
Designed to meet you where you’re at—not where someone says you should be
This work is about more than movement—it’s about coming back into your body with kindness.
All bodies are welcome here. No matter your history, experience, or current ability level, we’ll co-create a session or plan that feels empowering, safe, and effective.

Healing doesn’t have to be a solo journey.
In my workshops and group sessions, we come together in community to breathe, move, reflect, and heal. These aren’t just classes—they’re intentional containers for deep emotional exploration, somatic release, and spiritual reconnection. Every offering blends holistic practice with compassionate guidance, grounded in both lived experience and my work as a certified alcohol and drug counselor.
These sessions are designed for anyone navigating recovery, trauma, burnout, or simply seeking deeper connection—with themselves, others, or something greater.
Each group experience may include:
Yoga – to reconnect with the body, build strength, and release stored tension
Prāṇāyāma (breathwork) – to regulate the nervous system and support emotional balance
Sound Healing – to create vibrational shifts and promote deep rest
Guided Meditation – to foster presence, insight, and inner stillness
Therapeutic group dialogue – to explore emotions, share lived experiences, and build community
Motivational and philosophical integration – with teachings from Patañjali’s Yoga Sūtras, storytelling, and prompts that mirror real-life challenges
Rather than separating mental, physical, and emotional health, these sessions honor the whole person. You may come to stretch your body, but you’ll also find space to soften your heart, quiet your mind, and process what’s been living underneath the surface.
This is a space to:
Be witnessed and supported without judgment
Experience both challenge and safety, movement and stillness
Reclaim your body, your breath, your story—and your right to heal
You don’t have to be flexible, spiritual, or calm to show up. You just have to be willing. The rest, we’ll explore together.
